Walkthrough: Dragon's Sanctum

  • In the tunnel past the locked door, hit the wall switch for a Soul of a Great Hero and Dragon Charm
  • In the altar room, smash the glowing bodies so the ghost knights become solid, then kill them
  • Loot this room's chests (Titanite Slab, Soul Vessel, Catarina Helm, Old Growth Balms, Destructive Greatarrows); next door a trapped chest gives Dried Roots
  • Shoot the ceiling switch for a chest with Twinkling Titanite and Petrified Dragon Bones
  • Kill the Sanctum Priestess below, take the Human Effigy, then rotate the floor mechanism to pass
  • Grab Repair Powder in the left alcove, jump the floor hole and shoot the switch through the tiny window, then the one high ahead
  • Avoid the pressure plate before the stairs (wall spikes) and grab a Soul of a Hero and Human Effigy
  • Bottom chests: Boltstones, Bleed Stones, Twinkling Titanite, Petrified Dragon Bones and the Puzzling Stone Sword
  • Drop through the hallway hole, clear the insect eggs, loot Dung Pies, Lifegems and Old Growth Balms, then climb for Poison Throwing Knifes and Flynn's Ring
  • Back through the stairs hole, hug the right wall past spikes, kill the priestess and use the ceiling switch to lower spikes
  • Shoot the switch high on the wall from the stairs, jump through the opened door, light Lair of the Imperfect and grab the Sanctum Crossbow
  • Across the bridge a priestess waits; the switch there opens a shortcut, and a trapped chest gives Lloyd's Talismans
  • Destroy every glowing body in the knight room below and take the Eternal Sanctum Key and Sanctum Knight Helm
  • Drop right for the Bloodbite Ring+1, then loot Torches, Twinkling Titanite, Holy Water Urns and a Human Effigy on the main level
  • A switch on a bridge support opens a room with the Dragon Stone
  • Shoot the spinning device's switch three times (through both holes) to reach Denial
  • Descend for an Old Growth Balm; Jester Thomas invades on the way down
  • Past the fog follow the right wall, kill the Imperfect, take Petrified Dragon Bones and light Sanctum Interior
  • Clear the flooded hall for Human Effigy items, Dried Roots and a Soul of a Great Hero
  • Insert the Dragon Stone to raise the bridge, hit the obelisk for the lift and first go up the path for the Drakeblood Greatsword
  • Ride both lifts for a shortcut to Sanctum Walk, then grab a Human Effigy and climb into Dragon's Rest
